Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a program developed by the Tai Chi for Health Institute and is recommended by theĀ  Arthritis Foundation.
The classes are led by a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention instructor.

Tai Chi uses slow, graceful movement to improve balance, reduce stress and offer pain relief. It is a natural arthritis workout.
